        • Enquiry must be made through the Online Money Advisor website through an online form.
        • The initial application with a 3rd party must not have started before being declined by an advisor matched by Online Money Advisor.
        • Must have proof of a full mortgage offer from a 3rd party.
        • Full mortgage offer must have been made by a 3rd party within 2 weeks of being declined by an advisor matched by Online Money Advisor.
        • Only valid on cases declined by an advisor matched by Online Money Advisor where decline happened within 4 weeks of initial enquiry creation date.
        • Not being matched to an advisor or no contact from an advisor does not constitute an offer being declined.
        • Only one claim per person.
        Online Money Advisor reserves the right to decline a claim if any of the above conditions have not been met or can’t be evidenced by the customer.
